- Manage or cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Refunds: Apple handles these at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restore a subscription on a new iPhone: Settings in the app → Restore purchases.
- Moving to a new iPhone: your log isn't part of iPhone backups. On the old phone, go to Settings in the app → Backup & restore → Save a backup file. On the new phone, choose Restore from a backup file. We can't recover a log for you, because we don't have a copy.
- Medical questions: we can't answer them. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
